TruckRules is an online training platform that helps motor carriers, safety managers, and owner-operators understand the rules that apply to their operation: the federal regulations, and the state and multi-state obligations that come with them.
What we do
Our courses follow the compliance work of running a motor carrier: getting legally on the road, keeping the people who drive for you qualified, keeping the vehicle and its load within the rules, and holding the records that prove all of it. Most of that is federal. Some is not: fuel and mileage reporting is settled with your base state under agreements between jurisdictions, and an operation that stays inside one state answers to that state instead. We cover both, because a carrier has to satisfy whichever applies to it. Each course is built from short lessons you read at your own pace.
TruckRules is an independent platform, not a corporate training vendor. Our courses are researched from primary sources: the regulations themselves, and the agencies that write and enforce them. We do not build them from secondhand summaries, and we keep them current as the rules change. We don’t publish content we can’t stand behind.
